This outfit was inspired by two of my favourite French icons, Jeans Damas and Anne-Laure Mais (Adenorah) with their simplistic outfits that always look so effortless.
So on a crisp, sunny day I put this combination together and fell in love with it. I always thought that a basket bag was strictly for summer but I love how it looks with my faux fur coat. These jeans from reformation work perfectly over my favourite boots. I love when you put together all of your current and old favourite pieces in a new way and end up with a perfect outfit.
I also want to highlight the stunning necklace I have on, which you can see in more detail below. My amazingly, talented friend has started her own jewellery brand and all the pieces are beautiful. They are great for every day and she does some perfect ones for layering. I will be doing a larger blog post in relation to all this, but just wanted to mention it now as we are getting closer to Christmas and I know that all her pieces would be perfect as presents for yourself or someone special.
